Q: Website migration seems like a lot of work. How much time is it going to take?

Q: Will there be any outage for my web site?
A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. After the transfer is complete, we’ll ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not affected before telling you that the migration is over. Then we’ll tell you how to transfer the domain name over to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS resource records.

Q: Will my old hosting provider have to do anything?
A: No. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We will never touch base with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

Q: Which web hosting providers can you transfer website content from?
A: Yeah. We support all conventional Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary site building and management interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
