Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, create email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mailbox account you wish to forward mails from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
